Stormwater Mgmt Board

The Speedway Stormwater Management Board consists of three members. This bipartisan board has responsibility for stormwater drainage issues. Members of the SWMB assist the Town with assessing and addressing community concerns and needs regarding stormwater. The SWMB has been an effective and active public entity that has developed policies and standards for the Town.

Jeff Matthews (expiring 12/31/2019)
VACANCY

Public participation at meetings has further served to expose and educate the citizens about stormwater quality and volume control. The quarterly SWMB meetings provide a public arena for citizens to voice their ideas and concerns regarding the Stormwater Quality Management Plan and stormwater issues in general.

Meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of January, April, July, and October at 5pm in the Town Hall Auditorium at 1450 N. Lynhurst Drive.

If vacancies come available throughout the year, your application will be considered. Please reapply as your interests change and prior to each new appointment cycle.
