Speedway PD Hiring Part-Time Dispatcher

The Speedway Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Part-Time Telecommunicator, with good potential for a permanent Full-Time position opening in the future.The position of telecommunicator will be offered to the best candidate(s) who are successful in the following areas: a background investigation, prior work history and oral interview. Eligible applicants will be over the age of 18 at the time of appointment, with a minimum high school diploma. Speedway Police Department offers competitive wages paid hourly. Telecommunicators with prior IDACS certification, Telecommunicator 1 training, and EMD training are encouraged to apply. Applicants should be aware this is shift work.
