  • Dry Run Update: Some residents recently removed from the flood plain are being asked to provide documentation to their lender, bank, or insurance agency, even though FEMA's maps have been updated through their database. Please be aware that each insurer has their own policies surrounding flood insurance and map revisions. We have uploaded the documentation we have to our homepage along with a link describing how to search for your address on FEMA's website to get a map specific to your property. For questions about FEMA floodplains, you can call FEMA at 1-877-336-2627 M-F, 8am-7pm (ET). (Click here for more information.)
