Speedway residential sewer customers automatically receive a Summer Sprinkling Credit applied to their utility bill. Sewer billing is calculated based on the amount of water used. But during the summer months, many residents will use water in ways that won't end up in the sewer system for treatment (for example, lawn sprinklers). So rest assured, the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office automatically calculates a baseline from your winter usage and then applies a credit to your bills for usage from now until the beginning of October.
