Utility Billing & Payment

Start a New Service:

• Print and complete a Utility Service Application and bring into the Clerk-Treasure's Office at the Speedway Municipal Center or email to utilities@speedwayin.gov
• Provide a State approved identification (drivers license), as required by RESOLUTION 2009-12
• Provide lease agreement or ownership documentation

Bill Payment Options:

•  Pay in Person

  • Speedway Municipal Center, 5300 Crawfordsville Road, Speedway.
  • Please enter through the north doors on the Town Offices side of the building. 
  • Please bring your bill to assist us in looking up your account number.
  • You will be provided with a receipt of payment.

• Pay Your Bill by Phone

  • You can now pay your bill via telephone 24/7 by credit or debit card with our new automated telephone payment system.
  • Utility customers can call 1-833-442-1550, and follow the prompts to pay their bill.
  • Customers will need their utility account number and debit or credit card information to complete the transaction.
  • Credit card and debit card processing fees are the same for over the phone and online payments.
  • Processing fees are currently $5.69 for credit card and $1.73 for debit cards, subject to change by the processing company.
  • Customers are also able to establish automatic payments by calling 317-246-4111 and providing their routing and account number. The account balance will come out of the preferred bank account on the due date each month.

• Pay Your Bill via Dropbox

  • Customers are able to leave payments in the dropbox located on the East side of the Speedway Municipal Center facing Lynhurst Drive 24 hours a day.
