      1. Create, design, produce, and promote the events and activities which are intended to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the incorporation of the town of Speedway in 2026.

      1. Sign-in sheet for previous & new attendees
      2. Subcommittees initial meeting
        1. Assign a note taker for current meeting
        2. Round Table
          1. Discuss why you joined the CPC and what you’re interested in helping with
            1.  Each subcommittee should report list of members for documentation
          2. Create list of best ideas
            1. Use list from previous brainstorming as base
          3. Organize the list of Ideas
          4. Evaluate the Ideas
        3. Assign tasks for members
          1. Document the assignments with estimated completion dates
  3. Meeting Cadence
    1. Next CPC meetng is TBD, Looking at January 14th
    2. Subcommittees next meeting is Oct/Nov timeframe

Notes:  The meeting is scheduled for 2 hours in case we run long.  I envision some folks will want to participate in multiple subcommittees so I wanted to have time for them to jump between groups.  Stay as long as you like and feel free to invite others.  There is a possibility we will have snacks, but no guarantees.  Chris Nusbaum has some logo designs to present.  Also to note, the United States Semi-quincentennial, also called Sestercentennial or Quarter Millennial, will be the 250th anniversary of the July 4th, 1776 United States Declaration of Independence.
