Ordinance No. 1071

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 10.12.020 OF THE SPEEDWAY MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON PARKWOOD DRIVE

WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Speedway, Indiana (the "Town") has determined it necessary to prohibit parking on Parkwood Drive, north of 25th Street to Hickorywood.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Speedway, Indiana that Section 10.12.020(1) of the Speedway municipal Code is amended to read as follows:

Section 1. Section 10.12.020(16) of the Speedway Municipal Code is amended and restated as follows:

"(16). On both the east and west sides of Parkwood Drive, from 25th Street as the southern boundary and Maplewood as the northern boundary;"

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective upon passage.
