AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 10.12.190 OF THE SPEEDWAY MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN STREETS AT TIME AND PROXIMITY TO RACING EVENTS AT THE INDIANAPOLIS MOTOR SPEEDWAY
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Speedway, Indiana (the "Town") has determined it necessary to provide for parking restrictions during racing events at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town of Speedway, Indiana that Chapter 10.12 of the Speedway Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
Sections 10.12.190(a)(10) of the Speedway Municipal Code is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
"10.12.190(a)(10) On both sides of 22nd Street from Lynhurst Drive to Main Street"
