EXTENDED: SEEKING TO FILL SPEEDWAY METROPOLITAN BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSION OPENING

The Speedway Town Council has extended the submission deadline for letters of interest from residents interested in serving on the Speedway Metropolitan Board of Police Commission.

 

The Speedway Police Commission is a three-person board appointed by the Speedway Town Council. Police Commissioners attend monthly meetings, and other special meetings that may be called by the Speedway Chief of Police.

 

The resident who is selected to fill the (1) vacant police commission seat will serve for the remainder of the current term. Letters of interest are being accepted until 12 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
