Brickyard Weekend is almost here, and the Town of Speedway is ready to welcome race fans for one of the community's favorite traditions - the 2026 Hauler Parade on Thursday, July 23.

The parade begins at 4:45 p.m., as NASCAR haulers file in, one by one, lining up between approximately Daredevil Brewing Co. and 16th Street. Fans are invited to experience this unique opportunity to see the haulers up close before they head into the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for race weekend. Haulers are expected to remain on Main Street until approximately 7:00 p.m.

To safely accommodate the event, several temporary street closures and parking restrictions will be in effect.

STREET CLOSURES & PARKING RESTRICTIONS:

Beginning at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, the following areas will be closed to traffic and parking:

- Main Street from 10th Street to 16th Street

- 14th Street from Main Street west to the alley

- 15th Street from Main Street west to the alley

- Public parking lot adjacent to Barbecue & Bourbon

- Plaza Park on Main

No Parking signs will be posted in advance. All vehicles must be removed from these areas by 1 p.m. Vehicles remaining after that time will be towed at the owner's expense.

Police officers and event security will be onsite to assist with traffic and pedestrian safety throughout the event. Streets are expected to reopen by approximately 8 p.m.

Whether you're a lifelong racing fan or visiting Speedway for the first time, the Hauler Parade is a can't-miss kickoff to Brickyard Weekend. Come enjoy the excitement, visit our local shops and restaurants, and experience the hometown of racing!
