Welcome to 1300 Block on Main Street!

Nestled in the heart of our community, 1300 Block will soon be hopping with residents, diners, and shoppers! Boasting a modern design that thoughtfully embraces the historical neighborhoods surrounding it, 1300 Block offers the Town residents additional places to live, dine, and shop.   Plus, upon completion, 1300 Block will also feature a public Plaza providing a community space to gather for concerts, festivals, and more!

 “This has been an amazing process to watch as the project has transitioned from conceptual design to the May 2021 groundbreaking to its current state of development,” said Vince Noblet, Town Council President. “1300 Block is unique for our Main Street. It offers homeownership and business opportunities along with a new public gathering space where we can host community events.”

 1300 Block is a $6.5 million Rebar Development mixed-use project designed for residential and commercial space. The condos are located on the second and third floors and each unit has already been sold. Retail spaces will include Le Peep, Vine & Table, and Speedway’s own B. Erin Designs.
