REMINDER: Speedway Utility Payment Online Services Portal Enhancements

Do you pay your Town of Speedway utility bill online?

The Town of Speedway uses a Customer Online Services Portal for online utility payments. Enhancements have been made to this online payment service to include a more user-friendly experience along with enhanced logon security measures.

This system will become active on Thursday, October 13, 2022.

Below are account set-up instructions to create an account username, password, and security questions.

Update – or add – your utility account email address by:

Emailing your email address to utilities@speedwayin.gov,  or

Calling 317-246-4111, or

In person at the Clerk-Treasure’s office.

Set up your online account for the first time - you will need the following items:

  • Book Number
  • Account Number
  • Utility Service Address

Go to www.speedwayin.gov, click the “Online Bill Pay” link on the homepage (same as before), and then click the “Register here” link. The software company has provided the following guides to assist with the registration process.

Other Available Town of Speedway Utility Payment Options:

PAY BY PHONE

Pay by phone via credit or debit card, 24/7, using an automated telephone payment system. Simply call 1-833-442-1550 or 317-246-4111 and follow the prompts. You will need your utility account number and debit or credit card information to complete the transaction. (Processing fees will apply)

 

AUTOMATED PAYMENT OPTION

Call 317-246-4111 to speak with a representative about setting up auto-pay. (No processing fee)

 

MAIL IN

Use the envelope included with your bill to mail in your payment.

 

WALK-IN PAYMENTS

In-person payments are accepted at the Speedway Municipal Center located at 5300 Crawfordsville Road.

Monday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Tuesday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. | Office remains open during lunch Monday – Friday

 

DRIVE-UP DROP OFF BOX

Payment may be dropped off 24/7 using the drive-up drop off box located on the east end of the Speedway Municipal Center located at 5300 Crawfordsville Road.
