Philip Foust
Clerk-Treasurer

Philip Foust is the clerk-treasurer. Prior to working in real estate, Philip spent his career as a trial attorney representing businesses and corporations, investigating international banks, and prosecuting criminals in Marion County. Foust was born and raised in Indiana. 

Philip resides in the Town of Speedway with his wife and three children. He is a graduate of Indiana University (IUPUI) and Harvard Law School.


Leslie Drake-Brown 
Permitting

Leslie is the Deputy Clerk of Permitting & Special Projects. Leslie helps residents, contractors, and business owners navigate the permitting process. Outside of work Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, who keep her active and involved in the Speedway community. Living and working in Speedway has given Leslie a deep appreciation for the Town's strong sense of community and its continued growth.   


Katie Petrovich
Utility Billing

Katie Petrovich is the Deputy Clerk for Utility Billing. Katie, is a lifelong resident of Speedway, whose family trace their Speedway roots to the year 1957 when they settled in the town after emigrating from Serbia, and still remain in the same home they first moved into all those years ago. Katie attended and graduated from James A. Allison Elementary School and Speedway High School where she graduated with an Academic Honors diploma amongst the top of her class. Katie previously did bookkeeping work as a data clerk, and assisted in the day to day operations of the front desk at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum from its re-opening in April up to her departure in early September.


Angela Reynolds
Accounts Payable

Angie Reynolds is the Accounts Payable Deputy Clerk.  Angie oversees paying the Town’s vendors, reconciling bank accounts, and processing payroll.  Angie has been with the Town since July 2016.  Before coming to Speedway Angie spent numerous years as an Executive Assistant.
