REMINDER: Yard Waste Collection Ends Week of December 6, 2022

Yard waste is picked up by the Speedway Street Department on a seasonal basis beginning in April each year. Please note the last week of yard waste pick-up is the week of December 6, 2022.

 

Yard waste consists of grass, twigs, leaves, brush, tree limbs up to six (6) inches in diameter, and other organic yard & garden waste. Yard waste cannot be mixed with regular trash and must be placed in reusable containers or bio-degradable paper bags and not to exceed 50 lbs. There is NO limit to the number of yard waste containers left for pick-up.

 

Yard waste is collected on the same day as your regular trash. Again, the last week of yard waste pick-up is the week of December 6, 2022.
